Doesn’t it seem it a bit strange 2010, interesting I never thought about it much when I was a kid, the future. Yet most of us don’t, were to busy living our lives moment to moment or pay check to pay check.  So who has time to think about it or plan for it.  Being impressed with myself as I am. My future is all I can think about and the next 5 years and what I will do with the time I have, to make the most of it. I ‘m 42 now I will achieve my MA degree by time I’m 47 and work till I’m 68 at the least.  By then I can still travel and have a good time and enjoy my life the way I have always wanted to.

“Time”, is an element none of us can afford to waste.  In admitting this there is a few other elements or particles of life I care not to waste my time with.  Certain people is one of them.  Do you ever notice with certain people as you listen to their words carefully when they speak they waste your time, even for that brief moment with nothing significant to speak of.  Most of the time I try hard to practice being a better listener than speaker but old habits can get the best of us.  However when I have something important to say I tend to speak clearly and directly as I wait for the response I find myself  tangled with a person who is circulating a conversation because they obviously can’t answer the question.  Nothing is more annoying. Words, the wrong words can be the most infuriating, and yet ones inappropriate actions are the topper.  Talk about actions take a look at this.  Ignorance will get you no where Tito Ortiz.

Recently there has been so much PR about Jenna Jameson interview on Oprah.   I figured “what the hell”.  I may as well put my two sense into it.  Just tonight I was speaking with a friend Gordon Mui who is a photographer for the porn business. Gordon is a great guy but we definitely debate the issues of right and wrong with each other when it comes to the ethics of people in that “dirty business” as you know it.  The Adult Industry.  I was venting, well first I was confirming something  Jenna Jameson had said at the AVN 2007 awards.  As she went up to receive her life time achievement award, she stated “I will never spread my legs for you people again”.  After making such a statement, obviously she is sick of the business she glamorizes and everything it has to do with.  At least that was my impression.  Gordon had confirmed this was true, she did say that.  He also added that she sold her website for 8 million to Playboy, that has to be total bullshit her website doesn’t make that much money monthly to be sold for such an obscene amount.  I find it hard to believe.  I know Playboy bought it, but not for 8 million.  I guess I have to ask Hefner myself to know the real price.  As I read some of the views on Oprah it was commented by Jenna how her website made 30 million one year. Read on…. Where do these people have the nerve to lie about such bullshit?  OMG… no fucken website makes that kind of money annualy because if it did. Why the fuck would you sell it for 8 million?  One thing I have noticed about her, she always needs a man to support and take care of her  check this out…  her celebrity lifestyle.

Personally I like Jenna this is not an attack on her, just the bullshit that she represents.   I think it’s great that she was able to make a living that was fairly decent from that business. However she needs to be honest with herself, there isn’t one person including her scummy ex- husband who didn’t use her until they had enough.  Girlfriend you need to be honest with yourself about the porn business and stop telling the world how fucken great it is.  Start speaking on the reality of  it.  There are thousands of young girls that see you and think, wow.. I can be her.  That in it self is bullshit, because they can’t.  Why would you want to be that negative influence on the American Teenagers? Your life is not glamorous, it’s a fucken soap opera.

What I found on the Wikipedia of her bio was interesting.  Yet the person who wrote Jenna’s bio went to great lengths of detail about her and if any of it is true, Jenna’s background doesn’t sound any different then any other porn chick who made hardcore gonzo film. READ HERE……. However Jenna’s never made Gonzo, she represents her film, like it’s true love making. That is a joke, because if couples need to rely on the porn she has made to enhance their personal lives sexually,then they’ve got bigger issues that are not being addressed on a healthy level.

Sorry just look better than some, but not all that does not separate you to be any different or better than anyone else.   It doesn’t differ you and your so-called “10″ friend’s from the low grade shit that circulates in that industry. Just because your films appear more erotic than the gonzo crap that’s on film.  Doesn’t mean your less likely to catch an STD or HIV.  HIV and STD test DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANYTHING!!!!  Over 80% of the actors in the biz have herpes and AIM HealthCARE doesn’t even test for this.   It didn’t stop Pam Anderson. Oh that’s right she caught” Hepatitis C” from her husband Tommy Lee.   My bad:(

Let me address one large common factor I’d like to point out.  The majority of porn actors share is either they have been raped or molested as a child that have been in the business.  Now these circumstances don’t mean that’s the reason for falling into the business, because these haynes acts happen to many people world wide even males.  My point is this, Jenna speaks how well she made it , glamourizes it, never speaks about the problems that are encountered from it, the horrible abuse that she herself has suffered one time or another.   Why not?  Shelly Lubben has. Yet Oprah doesn’t want to here about that.   Makes you wonder doesn’t it?

Wikipedia is not a resourceful sites, it can’t be measured to be completely true of what is written, so never rely on it. Whoever is responsible for writing Jenna’s bio went to so much trouble to indicate such details as her being raped several times as a teen.  Why didn’t she talk about this on Oprah? Now that would have been an interesting topic something both these women can relate to.  The part that grabbed me after reading all this was how she was raped a few times in her life, not just once, but 3 times and by her boyfriend Jack’s uncle and other’s, yet she continued to live with her boyfriend Jack, even after knowing this.  After Jack had to of known it.  There is no way this woman has a strong emotional life, but I hope she finds it.  Her and Tito are like beauty and the beast.  I give it two years, if she doesn’t drive me out of his mind.

btw …   since Jenna has claimed to make so much fucken cash, why can’t she pay her lawyers? hmmmm….maybe you can ask Oprah girlfriend.  I hear she’s generous:) How much again did she pay you to appear?

I have to admit I am really sick of reading about these celebrity people and their bullshit.  In addition to all the high salaries they are over paid one would think , “how hard is it to keep your life in order”?  As I was writing about those cops who were brought on charges of conspiracy.  I noticed a posting of Mel Gibson head lining how he expunged his DUI record.  First of all, who gives a fuck, secondly it won’t make any difference if he expunges his DUI or not, it’s not like he’s going to quit the movie biz and look for a regular job.  People seem to have a misconception of the whole “you can expunge your record”.  Let me clarify a few things.  Nothing and I mean nothing in this world will ever destroy or seal an arrest record. If it’s sealed it’s because of specifications according to the individual’s case, whether it’s a felony or misdemeanor, guilty or acquittal.  The details of a case the DA reviews from the county you were arrested makes a decision at their discretion to expunge any case.  If you have a conviction of a DUI that is a felony, your record is not sealed or destroyed at all.  Some felonies can be expunged but again it depends on the situation.  Expunging only means that if you apply for a job, you can answer the question “NO” when it asks if you have ever been “convicted of crime, or arrested”, it will indicate for the record “dimissed” after expunged.

This is the only privilege it accommodates. Otherwise employers can still see the arrest and charges on your record but it will indicate “expunged” however that doesn’t stop someone from discriminating against hiring you for a job.  I have personally confirmed this with the Orange County District Attorney’s office.  In Mel Gibson case, dude you just wasted your time and money and what difference does it make?  You work in the movie industry. I doubt anyone cares.  Either you work or you don’t.  If the directors want to look at you as a liability they will
no matter what and refuse you work if they choose to.  I wouldn’t worry, I doubt it will happen. Plus your just as cute as Robert Downey Jr. and he still works regardless of his drug charges. One good vice about working in Hollywood, you can fuck up and still have a job!

I’m going to jump around here with my dates out of order but it shouldn’t matter to anyone and it is my blog so, I can do what the hell I want.  Just this morning I was drinking my coffee and reading another’s blog.  Ivor Biggun who is responding   Richard Freeman is the Web Blog.

This person  really speaks as if he has the right to judge others from his personal observations as he puts it. His observation assume validation over the person who is speaking on the issue itself.  What I am going to do here is post the conversation but you can also read it for yourself just click on his name and the link will guide you to the page.  His words are very negative as he questions Lubben, yet he indicates no evidence of his argument.  As you read the issues that Lubben and Freeman go back n forth on, you will also see the additional posts from outsiders most of which are males talking crap and wishing others physical harm and basically agreeing with Freeman, “there is nothing wrong with porn”.  At least this is what is implied.

There are also porn chicks with normal parents who just don’t understand where they went wrong, and chicks who had just as traumatic childhoods that didn’t enter the sex industry.

First let me ask, exactly what is “normal parents”?  Because if these people are supposed to be wiser and more intelligent then an 18 year old kid, who has only started to grow and learn at the most confusing time in an individuals life and their only result was to give up and kick her out of the home, then I don’t consider that normal.  I also find it interesting as I to read her story, that her parents kicked her out at 18 and not before.  How convenient I guess answering to Child protective services would have been difficult if they had done otherwise.

Freeman do you think your parents understood you at 18?  Let’s ask mom.   Since you seem to have 200% certainty that “other porn chicks” had “normal parents” , really?  wow.. and you know this because, you know everyone’s background, you know the parents of all these women, you know the details of their family lifestyles?.  You know for a fact, these other “normal parents” lived their personal lives and raised their child within the norms of society?

There is not one fucken family who doesn’t have problems, not one.  Just some have more then others, most people live in a state of denial and will never speak about what regrets they had as a child.  Don’t mis understand me I get what your trying so hard to defend, however your generalizing. You can not make a valid claim of say “other porn chicks had normal parent’s” without investigating on a large statistical population.  If so, then give me the names of these people I want to see and question them personally for myself. As for other women with childhood and adult related issues, your right many had not entered that business and I don’t see Shelly is conveying this as the excuse others have, yet when your young at 18 with no money, food and shelter or resources it’s not that unlikely the unsavory character of the streets will find you and lure you in with broken promises.   At this critical point with no skills, opportunity doesn’t look that promising.  I suggest you start from the sample of people who work in the industry, many share the same common factors in addition there is nothing glamorous or beneficial about working in that industry, emotionally and physically it will tear a person down.

I don’t disagree with the premise that porn is harmful to the performers and that helping them get out is a good thing, but something smells iffy about this Shelley Lubben chick and her “ministry”. She ridiculously simplifies things: No girl ever enjoyed shooting a porn scene; all of them come from fucked-up backgrounds.

How exactly is this ridiculous?  Because her words are  simplied? Instead of extending what most people already can guess.  Maybe she should give more exact events of specific people and scenerios.  Yet it goes back to what I said, many of the same people share the same common factors. She may have not extended her answers that doesn’t mean it’s false or ridiculous.  If her ministry was the cure to bring her back from what she lost as 9 year old kid, then why don’t you get off your sorry ass and ask her parents what changed for them, disrupting the entire family to stop doing for their kids what they started off.   From what I have personally learned, the majority of women don’t enjoy sex on film, women are in that business for one reason and one  reason only, money! Tera Patrick is a good example.  Around the camp fire it was stated by several people she hates fucking other men on film, that is why Tera and her husband work together which frankly is really disgusting.  Nothing compares to a husband being your suitcase pimp:( Now that is something to definitely feel proud of.

Blanket denial of the attractions of the industry is only going to speak to those who are already thoroughly sick of it. If she thought honestly about the things that lured her into the industry in the first place – and why they are ultimately illusive – she might reach a lot more people, but when you’re seeking to claim victim status, it’s just too convenient to portray it as preying on the vulnerable.

The blanket denial of attractions as you put it, is the reason people continue to stay in that sleezy business. Do you honestly think these people have high morals and self esteem?  For some sick reason you seem to want to distort Shelly words, she doesn’t denying anything.  From what I read it took a great deal for her to see herself and when you can’t see yourself you will deny as a person what you can make of your life.  The strength to break away even from the drinking was a challenge because she was already addicted.  As you know there are lots of those in the world who are successful people, that won’t break that cycle.  What’s their excuse are they claiming victim status too? Or were they just people who were a victim of circumstance?  I don’t doubt over time Shelly’s words will form as she grows stronger to express what is needed.  Yet it’s up to people to want to listen and hopefully obtain clarity to see themself.  Oops, is that a term from AA?

That is a good question, yet a better question is why do so many men have low self esteem and feel they need to consume their time with watching it?  Can’t you find quality women in your life to occupy your time on a healthy level?   As I can continue to debate Ivo words.  I will stop here if you read this person’s blog he did admit being a porn addict as a consumer, that in itself in my mind doesn’t give a person credability with sociological experience of society or an expert of human behavior.

Being arrested in front of others can be a humiliating experience. Just last week I was visitng a friend who was in Orange County jail as I stood outside waiting for awhile my impatience continued to grow.  Just as I was about to leave I then over heard others talking about a person who was being detained inside the jail so the police could escort him or her out.  Not a few moments later, it was a young woman who had a warrant.  The police found out and soon she was no longer a visitor, but a guest.  I felt bad for her as she walked out in hand cuffs with two officers beside her.   The value of this story, if you have a warrant and know it, don’t visit any jail facility!! The police do check everyone carefully after walking in, this is the reason they ask for identification.  In addition to warrants, the police have been setting up these fake offices in various places to entrap others to arrest.  What they basically do is call your house and bullshit you about a free trip or prize you won with no obligation.  DON’T FALL FOR IT!!  It’s a big trap this is the only way they can arrest you, they really don’t go to peoples houses and arrest for traffic violations, but ofcourse they might if it’s assault or some other complaint.  So watch out for those COPS!!

This last two weeks has been hectic, working on my statistics is a challenge and lately the customer service of vendors has been on the rise.  I love movies, classics, horror movies etc…   I order movies all the time from Columbia House and thru Albiris and usually the merchandise is great.  This last order I found that old Alfred Hitchcock classic “The Birds”  I ordered a new DVD but what I received was something entirely different.  Sending a customer an old beat up DVD is one thing, which was the condition of this DVD movie.  However mailing me a DVD that was stolen from the Queens Borough Public Library is completely another.  I couldn’t believe it, how fucken cheesy is that?  Of course I bitched these guys out from “Better Worlds Books.com“ they apologized and replaced my refund.   Sometimes you never know what your going to get:(

This year has gone by so quickly which for some odd reason I am glad.  I graduated with my AA degree so I look forward to the transfer to work on my BA degree, it’s most exciting when you can change gears.  In my last post I ranted about the disappointment of ordering online and not getting what you pay for. This month I am definitely on a roll.  It maybe of convenience to order stuff you need but it pisses me off when I don’t get what I pay for.  Last semester I was in the book store and picked up a catalog with software you can buy from a company called Journey Ed.comI had been wanting to upgrade the microsoft office. I payed $89 dollars including shipping tax and was promised a rebate of $10.  Let me just add, NEVER buy from these people, the customer service is the worst and they do nothing about mistakes made on their end. Secondly and most important if I see a product that looks a specific way I expect to have exactly what I am purchasing. Yet I get a CD of the copy of MS wrapped in which looks like a zip lock baggy, NOT in the nice packing you see on the website or in the catalog.

Ofcourse I was told by customer service it is indicated in text how products are shipped.  In addition to that it’s the way the company receives the software from Microsoft Corporation.  Well FUCK  if that’s the case don’t advertise it to the consumer differently. It’s outrageous MSC sells this software for ridiculous prices.  That’s all I have to say is Bill Gates why don’t you lower those FUCKEN prices you sell software for? Then maybe I can receive the software I buy in the packaging it should come in.   Your rich enough STOP being a cheap billionaire and give the rest of us a FUCKEN BREAK!

Today was actually a good day, as usual it goes by quickly, now that day light saving time is an effect, I gain an hour of sleep, well I hope so since I need it.  Just this evening my hand was itiching and as I was once told when it does to hold on to it, it’s money:)  and yes it was from the affiliate I joined about a year ago VidoesZ.com.  These affiliates like so many others turned out to be a disappoinment.  These adult affiliate companies are big joke. First off they control everything, they don’t give any support but they brag about what their products, what they can do for you and how much money you can make. Yeah I guess if you have the traffic and control that.  It’s not entirely the case for me and I have consumed far to much of time promoting their shit, it’s not worth me investing any more of my time.  AEBNfor example started out good. I was only making about $200 a month. Now I am lucky to see $40 bucks,  it’s fucken rip off and their lame excuse is the economy.  Right I think the real truth is the fucken cheap and there just stealing back everyone revenues.
