Have you ever gone to a place with good food and drinks that just has the worst customer service?  From the moment you walk in there is an element of surprise that redirects your feelings nearly forgetting the reason you came there in the first place.   Restaurants are like bad relationships, you find yourself coming back to them and not really understanding why, you just search for reasons to stay.  This time I cut it off at the knees.

My experience of the most hostile customer service in Huntington Beach, Ca.   I can share my brief encounter of a more severe complaint in regards to “Fred’s Catina” in Huntington Beach, California   In the last year I’ve been to this establishment several times. Three times tops that I distinctly recall.  The first was with a friend on Halloween night.  As we approached the door man, he questioned me about wanting to see my I.D then he asked to see a second verification, like how a bank would ask.  At that point I snapped at him, questioning why I needed to show second I.D who does that coming into a restaurant that has a bar?  What grabbed me was how he never questioned or asked Jeff for I.D, but then Jeff is a white guy with blonde hair and blue eyes so that in itself was good enough reason.

The second time I went to “Fred’s Catina” was with someone different he was also a white guy, because that’s all I date.  The first thing I did was sit down at the bar area it was kind of crowded yet people appeared to be having a good time. As I layed my arm on the counter, it was sticky and wet. There were dirty dishes that had not been cleaned up.  The bartender came over shouting in my face. I had a grimace expression indicating I wasn’t pleased.  I asked him kindly to wipe the counter as I placed my drink order, he shouts at me again as accusing me of being in a bad mood.  This is a good example of mis communication, yet I feel I was the target of this person bad mood swing.  Just as I decide to go complain to management.  I noticed he left and the bartenders changed, it was a young woman with a better mood swing, so I stayed and let it go.

Now the 3rd time was the worst and this was definitely “three strikes your out”. Customer Service is the number one factor to any establishment, especially if “Fred’s Catina” expects good reviews as a restaurant.  The first impression of any establishment comes from the first person your acquainted with as you walk in. Given this was the last moment I will ever bring my business to.  I was not impressed to say the least.  As I approached the front door a young dark haired man no older then, maybe 25 was working.  As I go through the same ritual. I literally stood there for 10 fucken minutes while this ass wad looked back n forth from my face to my I.D.  I guess I should be so fortunate to be a Native American with olive skin and dark eyes.  A typical stereotype of being judged as a criminal suspect.  Soon after he hands me my I.D and say’s ” enjoy your evening”.    Now how the fuck am I supposed to do that?  I was so fucken aggravated with this constant discrimination and mistreatment to me as a customer.  Paying expensive prices to eat and drink at this restaurant.   There are many good places to have a nice time and Fred’s Catina is not one of them.  Never I mean never go there. There is no excuse for such poor treatment to customers with a display of discrimination towards ethnic people of color.  It’s not worth tolerating the aggravation and emotional abuse from the the door man or the waiters.  I have to admit it’s ironic such hypocrisy, being called “Fred’s Catina a Mexican establishment with white people hostile behaviors running the show.  Discrimination has not changed in the least.

It shouldn’t surprise anyone to hear that I being the owner of this site.  I am also a member of Rip Off Report.  I find it to be a use full and informative website. Surprisingly enough I just came across a Lawyer who I have spoken to on several occasions.  Originally we met from a dating site.  I am not embarrassed to say. We had considered meeting in person, however I am glad we didn’t.   The last time I spoke with John I was not impressed with his unethical behavior.  I had expressed some concerns about a legal matter, awaiting his professional consultation to speak on legal applications that may have been relevant to direct me of what options I could take and how the law applied to these matters.  The conversation circulated and did the opposite.  Never once did he express any legal advice I may have had, but ended the conversation with I only needed to pay for his flight and food in addition to sexual favors.  He would at that point represent me.   Right then and there I knew he was a “piece of shit”.  At this point I thought it would be a good idea to look up his name and see what I could find.  This is what I came across on Rip Off Report. You can view the report for yourself, this is the same John O’Malley I dealt with many times, he is no lawyer  but an unethical cheat.

O’Malley also has a daughter who is 8 years old, he’s not a very attentive father and has an ex-wife he hates, as he expressed to me she is a neglectful mother. The best advice I could give a person after learning about lawyers and their poor ethics, is when you find a law firm or lawyer, contact the Bar Association in their area, have them checked out first.   Either way if you get ripped off, then contact the Bar Association and file a report against them.  It’s public record and the Bar Association does view such complaints very seriously.  Keep in mind a person has to be licensed to be an attorney.

Here is what Joseph of Factoryville Pennsylvania had to report..  about his lawyer O’Malley who fucked him out of money.

We hired John Todd O’Malley (Factory-ville) for a criminal case in the state of Pennsylvania. We paid him $750.00 up front. We did all the leg work for this case of a accident in a tractor trailer that never happened. First hearing woman testified that it was a white truck, in fact it is burgundy. Also the cop at the light where it supposedly happened testified he never saw the truck hit the car. There is no police or accident report.. One cop says she was on the ramp and reported it, but there was no ramp to pull over from where I supposedly hit her. One cop says she came the next day to report it.We took all pictures of the scene and located the supposed car. We let him handle everything and he did nothing. He went to one hearing for 5 minutes and a second hearing for 1 hour, he blew us off for the third hearing in which a public defender said this should have been taken care of and never gone any further. He called today requesting more money or he won’t represent us. He hasn’t helped us a bit and we are still fighting legally for my husband to save his license or we will have no means of supporting us financially. Now we have no lawyer and don’t know where to turn. He left a message today the 15th of April saying I had to plead guilty or (we couldn’t understand message from his attitude)…..

Approximately ten years ago a friend of mine had a serious car accident that totaled out the car.  Her employer referred her to an injury attorney by the name of Raymond Sarraf in Century City Los Angeles, Ca. This ass wad is no lawyer. People think there are good lawyers and bad ones.  I don’t agree, I just think there are those who do their job better than other’s.  She pursued to speak with Sarraf and soon after he took care of the car accident, even though his attitude wasn’t favorable to have the insurance company come to an agreement. She had pushed him to close the case up and cash out. Sarraf wanted to milk the situation longer. Right there was a clue that this guy has no knowledge of the case, being confident it would rule in her favor considering the circumstances.  It took around four months and closed successfully, paying out all monies for the injuries and the car. During that time he was connected with a chiropractor in Glendale.  Together these two scamps had their own operation going on.  This woman was the one Raymond would send all his clients to.  Now when a person gets into a severe accident everyone gets 1/3 of the monies.  Lawyer, Doctor and Driver.

Just a bit of advice, you don’t need a lawyer to handle your injury claim, a person can do it them self and pay their doctor directly, you just need to deal with the insurance company on your own.  Now lets fast forward to get a closer idea of what kind of “piece of shit” were dealing with. My friend had another incident a couple of years later. She had her own business working as a classy up scale working girl.  Her work began to dwindle downward a bit and she started to service blue collar guys instead of the business type she usually dealt with.  One night she gets a call from a new customer….

Unfortunately someone she never met before. He was an overweight middle aged white male who lived in San Juan Capistrano. She went to his home and before anything happened, he told her a story of how he got busted by the Orange County police. My friend should have just left at that point, she didn’t, she serviced this guy, got paid then left.  A week later she was set up, by the same undercover and arrested.  Now it turns out this assholes story was he would see another gal there in OC, he goes to her incall location one night and a different woman answered the door.  He didn’t stop to think anything of it because he had remembered she spoke of having a roomate. The woman turned out to be an undercover cop.  They busted his ass that night.  Since this scum bag got himself into some trouble he cooperated with the police to roll on few other working gals just to save his own ass and my friend was one of them.  Everything she had worked for was gone and her life was torn apart.  Since she had worked a regular job on the side, it helped a little, but wasn’t enough to cover lawyer fees.  Being in a state of shock and not thinking straight, she thought to return to Raymond Sarraf  to assist her or at least get some free advice.  At this fragile point in her life there wasn’t anyone she could turn to or trust.  After meeting with this low class degenerate there were several clues that should have told her to leave and find other representation.

1st) The way Raymond spoke to her using certain slang terms, it was very ill mannered and unprofessional.  2nd) He refused to go to trial and demanded his fee in cash up front, because he had financial troubles. 3rd) During the plea hearing she witnessed his unsavory behavior toward the judge, and soon realized he never had any experience with criminal matters or even appeared in a court room.  The situation continue to get worse as time progressed. To add insult to injury the final call was Raymond sold out my friend to the DA for a conviction, she spent the last 10 years repairing the damage Raymond Sarraf caused. Now it’s time for everyone to know what a fucken scum bag loser piece of shit this asshole really is.  He is no criminal lawyer. DON’T HIRE HIM, HE WILL SELL YOU OUT! My friend realizes the many mistakes she made from the scum bag who rolled on her to the lousy attorney who sold her out.  So I am here to tell the world of this unethical vermin, to save those people from hiring this LOW LIFE ASS WAD who is NOT a criminal lawyer!!! DON’T DO IT!!!!  I swear to you he doesn’t know the law, he can not help you.  Many attorney’s listen to your story and never once do they say how they will or can assist you.  This is an important factor they should be expressing and don’t.  The bottom line, you must ask questions, don’t be afraid to speak up and question everything if they don’t fucken like being questioned then DON’T hire that person.  Remember they are working for you.

Be aware, if you need a decent counselor who has a good reputation for dismissing clients cases, look into Keith Bruno former public defender, now private practice in Anaheim, however it will cost you, so save those pennies:)
